Universal Alcorn Jazz Journey Celebration

Thirty-one students from Universal Alcorn Performing Arts had the pleasure of participating in a special noon time jazz performance titled, “Night Club & Noon” at South Restaurant & Jazz Club in conjunction with Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz & Performing Arts on Thursday, May 23rd. Mr. Earl Brown of Jazz Journey allowed the scholars of Alcorn to witness a jazz performance of a lifetime with an ensemble of high school & college students. Everyone in attendance were extremely impressed and South Restaurant prepared an excellent meal for our scholars and adults in attendance.
